Rachel Kellett (now Dr. Rachel Miller) studied French and German at Jesus College, Oxford, from 1992 to 1996, and graduated with a First-class Honours degree.
After taking a one-year Masters course at Oxford, she began to study for a doctorate in medieval German literature at King's College, London, on a part-time basis. Her thesis on the depiction of single combat and battle in Middle High German literature was accepted by the University of London in early 2006, and was published by the Modern Humanities Research Association, as part of their Texts and Dissertations series, in early 2008.
Rachel Kellett joined the Linacre School of Defence in 2000, and particularly enjoys training with the smallsword. She is married to Jonathan Miller.
